All game servers allow FTP access to ALL game server files directly using any FTP client, like Filezilla, FTPLE, ect.

IP/Host: The primary IP of your game server node, NOT the game server IP. This can be found on your tcadmin service page.
Username: The same username used to logon to the tcadmin control panel.
Password: The same password used to logon to the tcadmin control panel.
