We are sorry to report that in the event of an OS reinstall on a virtual private server the entire container is wiped of data. We strongly encourage you to backup important data on a regular basis. We do not provide any backup on our VPS.

The RAID-10 setup is to ensure redundancy in the event of a hard drive failure on the node.
