Do I need a PayPal account to complete payment?

ONeilOnline has two third party payment processors, PayPal and Stripe.

Payments via PayPal do not require a PayPal account. You may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. No account confirmation, No account verification, No credit card confirmation, No credit card verification.

When you are first redirected to the PayPal page to complete payment, click "I do not have an account" and continue to enter your credit card information to complete payment.
