What happen to instant activation?
I just purchased my game server almost 30 minutes ago but I still haven't been able to access it.
Keep in mind, all new installs check with Steam for updates and validate the files before bringing the server online. Some games can be 5+ GB in size, and if Steam is busy, this can delay the install process. This delay is beyond our control.
Additionally, if your payment has been put on hold by PayPal or Stripe because account info has not been validated this will also result in a delay with your game server install. This delay is also beyond our control.
Please submit a support ticket if you believe it has been an unusually long time, we can look into what went wrong. We are sorry for the delay. Thank you.
